I have had a few enquiries from some of my web hosting clients saying they are getting emails from ionos demanding payment or authorisation or similar demands. This is just a note to say they are spam, phishing emails trying to get your information. Ionos will never contact you directly they only go through me for any issues with the web hosting. So please if you get one of these emails DELETE it or contact me directly and il be happy to help you further.
